Anyone else around busy? Yeah, My partner and i thought so. I don’t understand what it is, but I find myself like my schedule gets larger every. single. month. And actually though it’s all super interesting stuff (like traveling to The eu!), it’s definitely a problem when it comes to consuming. You already know the wrestle. The fastest, easiest stuff can be usually prepackaged, totally processed gunk that’s full of sodium and even sugars and other ingredients our own bodies just don’t need.
And I know when you’re in a rush, it’s attractive being like: no biggie! I’ll just grab this meal genuine quick and then I’ll help to make better food choices when My partner and i have more time. But, girls, I’ve gotta let you around on what I’ve learned. Any time I’m eating garbage, I really feel like garbage. Then, my active schedule leaves me toootally really stressed out and frazzled. But when I’m eating right, I feel revived and anxious about all the awesome stuff I have occurring!
